- Hitendra carries over a decade of consulting experience in the field of Audit and Assurance, Accounting Advisory, Valuation and Transaction Advisory.
- Prior to founding the Ranka & Associates, he was at KPMG in Audit and Assurance practice.
- Hitendra’s experience and key strengths include Statutory Audits under various GAAPs (Ind AS / IGAAP, IFRS, USGAAP) and Ind AS implementation / convergence for large corporates including multinationals. He has assisted many companies including listed one’s in their successful implementation of full-fledged Ind AS.
- He is also specialist in Financial Modelling, Valuations and Transaction Advisory.
- He works extensively with foreign and domestic clients as well as large transaction advisory firms for valuation engagements pursuant to, inter-alia, issuance of shares, mergers & acquisitions, impairment assessment, purchase price allocations and measurement of intangible assets and grants of employee stock options.
- He is also a Registered Valuer enrolled with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (‘IBBI’) for asset class - financial assets and securities.
- He is also passionate about startups and closely work with their promoters assisting them in business, corporate and finance strategy.
- He enjoys travelling and playing badminton.
